Hi all, If you're experiencing any issues with our servers, please let us know through the forum support ticket system. I get a lot of Steam messages from people saying "the server is lagging" or "the server crashed". 95% of the time, that is the end user. We only use quality hardware and we have provider SLAs that guarantee that. If the server truly is "lagging" or running poorly, please submit a high priority ticket and we'll get to it ASAP. Side note: Please include as much detail as you can (netgraph 2, status etc in console) to help us identify the issue. All the staff members relevant get emails through when a ticket is submitted, we're unlikely to leave it long! We'll usually try to get a reply to your ticket within 12 hours.
